In order to do this we must :
(1) Decrease risk of inflammation: Whole foods, use foods on low glucemic index, rich in antioxidants, calcium- magnesium- fatty acids. Avoid sugar, caffeine, nicotine, transfat and simple carbohydrates which tend to increase inflammation.
(2) Support natural anti-aging and healing properties: Cleanse internal cells at least every three months and reset them. Examine your hidden emotional clock; anger, anxiety and fear all affect your complexion as a result of chemical changes in response to these toxic emotions.
(3) Cleanse skin gently, twice daily with soft water and chemical free soaps. Avoid scrubbing, since this break capillaries and damage cell tissue. Apply natural astringent, lemon juice, allow to dry and moisturize after each facial wash. Use sun block to areas exposed to UV rays, even on a cloudy day: face, neck and hands. UV rays are highest between 10 am and 2 pm.
(4) Suppliment with antioxidants such as Vit C, E and coQ10 daily.
